Dear All,

Please kindly help me to come up with a new design for a static email we send out with instructions and images. I have attached for instructions on word files, (copied and pasted from my emails), please create new design format that is easy to understand and follow.

I will need the end product in a email format ( Maybe in HTML ) so its constant each time i send this email.
the only thing we adjust on each email is the room number and the code for the Key Box
