I am starting a web development business in New York and I'm looking for a very talented graphic designer. I need someone who can think creatively on their own with little direction. The prize isn't just money, but also an opportunity to be hired to be apart of our growing team. Attached is a website template that I already started, all you would have to do is finish it. You can either finish the design I had already started or create something completely different. I'm looking to create a web page template for my web development business in New York.

The sections I need are:
About Us:
describing who we are and the services we offer. You can see all that already on the template

Portfolio:
Just a section showing samples of completed projects

Contact Us:
And a contact us section that's a form where the person inputs:
Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Text Box for their message

Feel free to be as creative as possible

Go home you're drunk... 10$? lol freelancer takes 5$ commission and leaves us with 5$...you say you'll hire the person? what do you plan on paying the designer per website what is the price range? If you want to attract good talent you're gonna have to increase price by a lot even to just probe their design prowess..., even then you're probably gonna find WP or other CMS developers not actual UI/UX designers...
