We need a large wall banner designed in photoshop using the attached example.jpg photo as a guide.

Use our logo in the design. Banner will be called "Premier Club" ( see attached example.jpg) and will have two boxes under each month: (Month One, Month Two, Month Three, Month Four, Month Five, Month Six, Month Seven, Month Eight, Month Nine, Month Ten, Month Eleven, Month Twelve) for prizes. Use the attached example for reference.

Use the example attached for placement and content. Come up with unique design to match our logo. Banner Size: (90 Inches (H) x 300 Inches (W))
