Hello, we are a condo and right now we want to do some sell & rent advertisement in the two main entrance of the condo. The design should follow the bellowing requirements:
1. show the logo of the condo, attached.
2. show following info

3. A simple but attractive design.
4. As the condo located in the very central of the city and just in front of the biggest park of the city, we would like to focus on the location . So the design can have sense of live in the heart of the city and everything you want is very convenient.
5. As the design will be printed in outdoor area so i would like dark color in the design.
6. The two main entrances are located in two busy street so the idea is when hey pass by or wait for the red lights will see the post.
7. Would like same design for both sides, for one entrance the width is 175cm and the length is 223 cm, but there is some space in the middle, as attched. another isde the width is 153cm*119cm.
