Design a Logo for Eternal Remembrance

We need a logo designed based on attached artwork. The 'general' idea is attached but the logo obviously needs professional creativity and design.
The angel wings should be beautiful, classic, white and silvery / grey 'realistic' looking and should envelop the heart.
The heart needs to be a 'gold' QR code style
There are (2) roses, which should look realistic and not clip arty and should match colors of the pictures attached (purple and yellow)
The text "Eternal Remembrance" needs to be eloquent and use a nice 'cross' shape for the 'T' in 'Eternal' (NOT AT ANGLE AS IN PICTURE)
Make 'Eternal Remembrance' and rich looking emerald green color, and the tagline should match the purple rose.

I will pay whoever has 'THE ONE' we are looking for... If no one nails the design then I am stuck with having to pick one... not fair to me, but I will 'GUARANTEE' if someone completes it and the wife LOVES it we are buying it !
