Hello Designers!
I am looking for a Real Estate logo. Not the ones we've seen all over with the slick golden rooftops or unidentifiable initials.. that's boring and unrelateable. I am looking for something more modern, more "app" icon look that can be plastered on business cards, websites, postcards, mailers etc.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
Although I am targeting everyone, I am focusing my on a younger (late 20's - mid 30's) target audience who identify with a "button" like logo and can appreciate good logo designs.
LOGO:
Please see attached photo of an example of what I'm looking for. A smart/dignified/cool looking face, maybe an owl like shape (glasses/mustache/pipe etc...) on a house instead of a brown bag. Top can be hair+roof+chimney or anything you can think of that can still look and feel like a house. Since I am incorporating the word "WISE" with it, try and create a smart/wise/sophisticated image. Think of a light bulb and try to incorporate that as well or by itself.
COLORS:
Feel free to experiment. Comfortable to the eye colors preferred, but don't let that confine you from greatness.
Possible Slogan below can be:
Wise House Realty
Wise House Real Estate
Wise House Buying
Buying/Selling House Wisely
Wise House - Buying & Selling
or any variation you deem appropriate
