Design a colourful flyer for a Motorfest

I am looking for a talented designer to create a colourful flyer for our upcoming Motorfest event. The main purpose of the flyer is to promote the event and generate excitement among potential attendees.

Note, the Contest prize money is US$30 in total, an initial $25 to the winner, then a further US$5 to the winner closer to the event, where they will be hired to change some wording and add details as they come to hand (e.g. late sponsors etc).

Requirements:
- The flyer should be in A4 size, providing enough space for eye-catching graphics and event details.
- We want the design to be vibrant and visually appealing, so the use of colourful graphics is a must.
- The flyer should include all the necessary event details, such as date, time, location, and any special attractions or performances.
- It should also have a clear call-to-action, encouraging people to attend the event or purchase tickets.

The information required on the flyer includes the following:

1. “TGHN Motor Club (see attached logo - first attachment) presents:...TEA GARDENS HAWKS NEST MOTORFEST”
2. WHEN: Saturday, 9th March 2024......Gates open: 8.00am Finish: 2.00PM
3. LOCATION: Myall Sports Park, Hawks Nest
4. PICTURES OF CARS: See links to car websites below. Please only use Australian and British vehicles
5. WHAT WILL BE THERE TO SEE? Vintage / classic cars, hot rods, motorcycles, live music, food stalls, raffle etc.
6. ENTRY FEE FOR DISPLAY VEHICLE? $10 per vehicle to display
7. Further information: Ross Anderson m) 0400 xxx xxx
8. All proceeds go to TGHN Surf Club, Rural Fire, the Local Free Clinic Bus, various other local charities

With the exception of #1 above, if it is in CAPITALS above, those CAPITAL words are not needed on the flyer, but the non-CAPITAL words that follow do need to go on the flyer.

I HAVE ATTACHED THE TGHN MOTOR CLUB LOGO, PLUS INCLUDED OTHER MOTORFEST AND SIMILAR FLYERS. As you can see, some are better quality than others, but it will at least give you some ideas.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing promotional materials, particularly flyers for events.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
- Creativity and an eye for visually appealing designs.
- Ability to incorporate the event theme and branding into the flyer design.
- Attention to detail to ensure all necessary information is included and presented in a clear and organized manner.

Thank you for your entries so far, there are some excellent submissions to date.

After receiving several submissions, I have the following additional guidance to assist with your contest entries:
1. If possible, please include the TGHN Motor Club logo (first attachment) somewhere on the flyer;
2. The words "what will be there to see" are not needed on the flyer;
3. The words "Entry fee for display vehicle" are not required on the flyer, as "$10 per vehicle to display" says all that is needed;
4. The club location is in the twin towns of Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest. They are separate towns, but often put together when it comes to local associations and clubs. Hence, when writing Tea Gardens, it should be in the same font and colour. Same goes for Hawks Nest, as well as when the four words are placed together, same font and colour. In a few submissions, the word Tea or the word Nest were in very different fonts / colours to the other words in the names;
5. TGHN Surf Club is one organisation, where possible, please try to keep the name in full together on the same line;
6. Could you please display the date as Saturday 9th March 2024 (not March 9 2024).
