Create a logo for an application

Konkurransesammendrag

We need a logo "SkillsUp!". It's the name of our local application - "SkillsUP!". We use this program inside our company only.
We expect a black-white logo, easy to read, looks stern but a little bit dynamic. Also, it's probably should be very simple without some high-tech effects.

Just a few words about the application itself:
It's a staff skills testing program, friendly but serious same time. The main idea is to go through the test and then speak with your supervisor about your career. The test results should help to create a personal developing plan for 3 years.
