     winner will be required to submit in pdf, jpeg, microsoft word. I will require it in a form that i can use it and type name into it. I dont have a photo shop program will i need that to type into design?

     Not concerned if the certificate does not have a seal or area to sign. Would like it look professional but representing support to children so could be less traditional and a bit more modern,
