I seek an artist to draw a book cover for a novel I will soon self-publish. My budget is $100
Book title: Amande-I
Line two: The non-fiction memories of an archangel.

What I want: Picture of a 1968 era Dodge "Superbee" car speeding ahead of a police car on a highway. The police ca (1968 Ford sedan) is up on two side wheels, and with a black and white California Highway patrol car also in pursuit. The CHP patrol car is right behind the first cop car.
The picture focal point needs to ne: Amande-I the angel is struggling to keep the first police car from rolling over. There are skids marks, etc.
This art work can be painted where the angle has an animated (soft) look. But he is the visual focal point.
