I'm initiating a heartfelt project that requires a graphic design for a t-shirt commemorating fallen police officers. The design must embody a sense of honor and remembrance through a vivid, impactful visual.

**Core Elements:**
- A police officer silhouette or depiction enveloped in a Thin Blue Line flag.
- Emphasis on the phrase "Honor The Fallen" as part of the artwork.

**Design Aesthetic:**
- The style should be bold and graphic, with clear, compelling imagery that grabs attention.
- Color scheme should respect the thematic elements, predominantly featuring the Thin Blue Line.

**Ideal Candidate Skills:**
- Strong background in graphic design, especially t-shirt designs.
