As an home owner, I'm seeking a talented architect/interior designer to enrich our living space by planning the addition of a new, bedroom ideally with it's own bathroom. This transformation should be ingenious, functional and aesthetically pleasing to match our current setup.

Scope of Work:

- Analyze and understand the current layout of the house
- Design a few options to add a new bedroom (with bathroom) to a current house
- Ensure that the new bedroom blends seamlessly with the existing style and layout
- Optimize space utilization without compromising on comfort and functionality

Ideal Candidate:

cheers, can you explain me few things. 1. additional bed room on ground or first floor. if you want modification to existing spaces or you want new space 2, if then in which direction one can add new bed room what is underneath the back pool

  I need to add a bedroom to the current house, i know it will require modifications. There is no specific requirement to in which floor to add it, just to add it somewhere without losing any of the current ones.
  
  One idea could be taking the one on the upper level, extending to that outdoor area and converting into two instead of one bedroom.
  
  Bedroom need to be added to the current layout. Not sure what you call the back pool, there is a pool next to the master bedroom and a jacuzzi in a terrace on the top floor.
