Add a necklace to model and change background image

I would like to add the attached small round pendant necklace to each of the attached models, and then change the background to an Italian background (i.e. Rome or Venice scenes).
Our attached logo should also be incorporated into the image nicely.

The final image should be made in high resolution.

Please note that the most important feature for this is that the top half of the woman and her necklace should be very clear since this will be used for a websites landing page.

#64 & #67 in both entries the skin is perfectly retouched, Background was perfectly color balanced & edited... cutting edges are very smooth & difficult find any damages done do the model photo or to the Background. Pendant was nicely placed. can use for even for a poster or banner... High resolution creations. Thank you.
