Design exterior views for the pictured building.

The vision for this competition is to make a photorealistic rendering with 360 degrees of views of the building pictured. We want the renderings to show the building with new windows, with no rust, almost like a new building.

We do not want to see major architectural refinishing or design changes to the building. We just want to see what the building will look like in a restored state.

The building is a six story structure in a small city downtown. The sixth floor is a half floor right now, you can see this in the pictures. The one architectural design change we would like to see is a half wall with architectural glass up to 8 feet making up an outdoor patio space at the sixth floor. This way instead of just roof at the back half of the sixth floor there is a rooftop patio / communal space with great views.

Some rough measurements are attached for making your designs to scale. Floor to ceiling height of each floor is about 11 feet.

In reference to the "Photorealistic Restoration of Building 3D Design" competition could you give us some pictures going around the building so that we could afford to develop a photogrammetric project and then we can proceed to a more expeditious and accurate modeling? It would be just three or four photographs for each side of the building.
