Definitely wouldn't hire this freelancer again. I needed a task done the same day. He promised to do it, but then fell out of communication. He chimed back in several hours later to let me know he was almost done. Then a few hours later again, he let me know that his system had crashed and that he couldn't deliver. I asked him to cancel the project so I could hire someone else and hopefully finish the project in the few hours still remaining, but he refused to cancel the project, making it virtually impossible to hire someone else without starting a new project and dishing out the same budget again. Finally, after threatening to open a dispute, he canceled the project. Beware
