Sajjad originally gave us an unrealistic schedule for completing the project. He ended up taking an additional 6 months to give us half of what we needed and increased the price for the items he was completing. We ended up canceling the project for unrelated outside legal reasons. But Sajjad became difficult when we tried to cancel milestones after paying him for what he had given us trying to get us to pay for future parts of the system that we did not agree on.

In this study, we propose a method for real-time visual state classification of a user with a walking support system. The visual features are extracted using principal component analysis and classification is performed by hidden Markov models, both for real-time fall detection (one-class classification) and real-time state recognition (multi-class classification).
