In my current position , I maintain exceedingly functional office environment while providing administrative support for a fast-paced retail company.
As a highly competent administrative assistant with more than 8 years thus given me the exposure to Administrative works specifically;
- document preparation, maintaining files and record keeping
- creating reports and writing documents (e.g. memo's) that support business needs
- managing day to day calendar of activities for senior professional's (AVP, VP, SVP) of our department.
- handling correspondence, customer service and client relation.
Lastly, I work well independently and with little oversight.
