Beach Condos
Our client wanted a 2-storey residential duplex design that could responds to the unique beach front context, creating light, spacious residences with panoramic views of Caribbean Sea. The Duplex building in addition, features exclusive residents’ facilities, family play area and residents lounge in the top level overseeing the Caribbean Sea. Through the interior design, I wanted to make fell home owners, that they are in a relax environment. The design has added a lot of value towards the project, which means to great satisfaction which converts to rapid sales and happy home buyers.

I’ve been working with AutoCAD since 2009, Sketchup, 3Ds Max, Chief Architect, ArchiCAD, Photoshop, InDesign and others.
