I need some vb.net code that will read an XML document using XMLReader and parse out the following elements from the link at the bottom:

PMID

ArticleTitle

Combine all AbstractText elements of Abstract into one variable

loop all elements in MeshHeadingList

MeshHeading and make into a comma separated string ie: "Antineoplastic , adverse effects, therapeutic use, Precursor B-Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia-Lymphoma"

loop all elements in KeywordList

Keyword and make into a comma separated string ie: "L/D-amino acid, RNAi, cancer, chirality"

from [login to view URL],33022057,33868789&retmode=xml

Multiple documents are all pulled at the same time. I need the code to loop each xml document and write the 5 variables; PMID, ArticleTitle, Abstract, MeshHeadingList and KeywordList. These variables will be sent to another function for additional processing. (I will handle that). A [login to view URL] at this point is fine.
