Build an iXBRL to JSON parser in groovy

Hi, I am looking for someone to build me an iXBRL(1.1/latest) to JSON parser. I can supply as many iXBRL documents as required for validation of the parser. The parser should include spock unit tests for validation and explanation of functionality and use cases, and cope with all variations and scenarios thrown at it based on schema and valid input documents. XSDs and XLSTs of the documents can be provided, and ongoing support during its usage where use cases may not have been fully covered may be required, to be decided on at a later date. The JSON should match a defined (by you) JSON schema that can be validated against, and be comprehensible to a human reader (compared to iXBRL). iXBRL markdown, such as currency units should be extract and stilled out to a useful and readable format. The code will be proprietary to me, not sold to any other party, and committed regularly to my GitHub during development. Staged payments are acceptable and can be agreed based on progress. Attached a are a couple of the larger iXBRL files that would be parsed, and a couple of the smaller ones. The data can be different, but use the same base XSDs. The output JSON should respect and variations in XSD version (if any) the data has, variations in field data types, etc.
