Wrodpress theme installing and customization and make it in 2 languages

Hello, I want to redesign a website using the template at: [login to view URL] (I will provide the template) The project will be in English and Arabic language - Arabic is right to left language, so the content of the Arabic version will be from write to left. We will replace the top banner with the wordpress plugin at: [login to view URL] customize the map plugin to match my design (I will provide you with the plugin) - The map on the home page have 4 links to 4 countries (UAE - Egypt - Algeria - Saudi Arabia) when the user click on any of the 4 countries he will be redirected to a page with the related content - Here is the content from the original website: Here are the main 5 links of the website and what required page from the template: - About us [login to view URL] - Worldwide [login to view URL] - Resources [login to view URL] - Contact us [login to view URL] -Blog Use this page from the theme [login to view URL] (Blog full sidebar) You may write Harmonichika as the first word of your proposal Note: The home page have many edits as you see in the attached design, the other pages are only data entry + removing some boxes from the current template.
