I have run in to this issue with several different security plugins. In most cases this issue can be traced back to an htaccess issue. Most security plugins make htaccess changes which cause Wordpress to malfunction. The only option is to edit what was changed to restore to the Wordpress default. That is definitely something I can fix for you. I have 10+ years development experience with Wordpress. 15+ years development experience with PHP, MySQL and Javascript.
