First of all it was a great project description with questionary and website url, afte reading questionary and have a quick look to website it seems will take some time since its not just build a new site its to maintain actual structure just as it is which is not a problem also almost all functions are already with woocommerce (which will make easy for client to use this CMS) the ones that are not already integated can be easily added. Since everything is listed on questionary (just missing couple of things that will be determinated) I just can offer you to message me if you have any questions about my work, I am currently free of projects and can start working now. I think the budget on project covers both phases with no isues (keeping in mind that if CSV are too big it will depend a lot on server or show we stirp the CSV) For yearly quote if you want to keep low the budget I think we need to set it after project is complete to see in phase 2 if it requieres too much work or client can be teached on how to do it.
