If you’re not super organized and super motivated, this project IS NOT for you. Our team needs a FACILITATOR/COORDINATOR to work with our PROJECT COORDINATOR to help assist in the production of websites, management of agencies and agreements, and to keep the work flowing. We are looking for the following time slot to be filled: 8 AM to 4 PM (USA EDT - DONT BID ON THIS UNLESS YOU CAN BE AVAILABLE DURING THIS TIME SLOT (CHECK NEW YORK TIME ON GOOGLE TO COMPARE IT TO YOUR TIME ZONE) THEN AFTER TRAINING TO WORK BETWEEN 3 PM - 7 PM (USA EDT - DONT BID ON THIS UNLESS YOU CAN BE AVAILABLE DURING THIS TIME SLOT (CHECK NEW YORK TIME ON GOOGLE TO COMPARE IT TO YOUR TIME ZONE) ONCE YOUR TRAINING IS OVER. AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT WORK THESE TIME SLOTS - WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE YOUR WORK IN ANY OTHER TIME PERIOD, ETC. Your task will include facilitating project completion and working with vendors and contractors to ensure website repairs, website builds/development, and marketing functions are completed. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, participating in Zoom calls, and sending and responding to emails. Accordingly, your English (US) skills, both written and oral, must be impeccable and flawless. You must also do daily reporting tasks and carefully access where each vendor is on each project. You must also be able to communicate with all the parties on SLACK effectively. You will also be responsible for communicating directly with clients and prospective clients via chat on our websites (and social media) - and following up with emails and calls if necessary. For communications, you must have a phone or access to a computer and the necessary mic/headset so that our number can be relayed to answer incoming calls for clients/prospect needs. Finally, you must be able to input and coordinate all this through a CRM - any particular Hubspot knowledge would be useful. If you bid on this project, please be ready to send samples of writing based on emails that we will send you to see how you would respond. A telephone call will be necessary to judge your particular communication skills, phone network, and other technical factors.
