I'm looking for a hard-working, reliable all-around virtual assistant to help me with several tasks.
You will be working 4 to 10 hours a week, with the possibility of working more hours in a long-term relationship.
Some example tasks you will be doing:
- Calendar Management: I'll send you a message with something I need to do. You book it into my calendar and follow up on the task.
- Uploading posts to WordPress sites: I'll send you a text. You log in to the site, create the post, assign relevant categories and tags, and schedule it
- Internet research: I will ask you to find websites with specific details, or people in Twitter, or local businesses, etc. You will create a spreadsheet with all the details you find in a given time
- Document transcriptions: I will send you an image or PDF file, and instructions. You will type the contents of the original file in a text document or spreadsheet as per the given instructions.
- Keyword research: I will give you broad topics to research. You will brainstorm ideas within that topic, use SEO tools to find relevant keywords with the required metrics, and give me a spreadsheet with the results.
Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Good English skills
- Reasonably tech-savvy. Quick learner
- Available to work during EST business hours
- Ability to read and write Spanish is a plus
