Requirements for Works.
1. Web Visitors can download 2 documents from my website freely in a month and for download of 3rd document he has to registration with upload of any documents then he can download.
2. When visitor upload any document it should be auto post in website but wait for admin permission as admin give permission it must be posted in website as article.
3. Document uploaded by visitor shall be in document viewer posted automatically.
4. Visitor Registration system (Login, Logout, Forgot Password etc).
5. Following form for upload of documents by visitors for publishing (Autopost).

Document Category (Engineering, Accounting etc.) Dropdown of my website categories if possible here.
Documents Target Users:
Following pictures depicts the projects details.

User registration system should be added with standards details following.
Now in my current its wordpress and pdf embedder I am using.
If you are using any WordPress plugin it should not temporary or yearly based license.
