Wordpress site over using resources on shared hosting. - repost

This is the second time i have recieved an 500 internal server error due to my wordpress build using too many resources. I need someone to optimize my site and the plugins so this doesnt happen. After doing some research, i found that WP Super Caching could be a culprit our SEO By Yoast as well. I will send you a list of my plugin if you feel its necessary. My desired result is to fix the resource problem on mysite .

if my host is a problem, i would like to move my build to go-daddy or another recommended host.
