376851 Wordpress customize & PDF Form

I need wordpress customized to my fairly basic design. It is a clean square design with 6-7 pages. I am not using it for a blog but more of a CMS script for my client to update as they need. I will need to make sure the customization allows for them to add edit and delete photos and videos and text and stays with the look of our template I will also need 3 MS Word/ MS Publisher forms converted to pdf forms that visitors can fill out and submit through the site. They are medical related forms so will need to be SSL secured. We have purchased the cert through godaddy and is ready to be set up, I will need it set up properly as well. I have attached the template header to show you the look. The menu buttons a couple will have dropdown ability for submenu items. I would like to have the ability to be able to add pages as needed that match our template/wordpress theme.
