My Responsibilities:
• Responsible for third-level support for all server related issues.
• Configure and work on DC, ADC, File server Print Server
• Handling & Manage Microsoft Exchange 2010 & Lync 2010
• Creating IT Assets Report like Software tracker, Hardware Tracker
• Manages the day-to-day operations, monitoring system & Server performance, configuration.
• Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and organizations.
• Participated in complete system builds, upgrades, migrations, deployments and patch management.
• Server assembling and troubleshooting the DNS, DHCP, WDS, Group Policy, Password Policy Domain trusted, and Domain user’s settings.
• Connectivity issues, Tracking problem and resolving the ticket as per timing schedule and update.
• Maintain basic operating systems resources including security policies, virus protection, and accessibility. Monitor and take follow-ups of calls raised by users.
• Managing & maintaining physical & logical devices in windows server 2003, 2008 & 2012.
• Managing user, computer & groups in windows 2003, 2008 & 2012.
• Manage user account, provide security, and manages disk space.
• Planning and Implementing an Active Directory Infrastructure in window server 2003, 2008 & 2012
• RAID setup & configuration.
• Share and storage management right.
• Print management share with network users.
• Manage the terminal services.
