Virtualize OSx inside of Sierra

I need to run OSx inside of Sierra. Additionally, I need an instance of Windows 10 running inside of Sierra as well. The OSx instance will be generated from a Time Machine backup created from the production MAC. We need to take advantage of the newer versions of Adobe but we can't because of a limitation of other software which can only run on 10.6.7. The network environment is a Windows Domain. I'll have to be the fingers on this end but I need your expertise on deploying and configuring the correct software and environment.

Hi, I already have experience on what you need. I creates several WIndows 10 Virtual computers on Mac in my current work. I did it using Virtual Box, Parallels and VM Ware Fusion. I also created Virtual MAC computers mainly in Windows OS, but I think I wont have any trouble to do it in your MAC.
