Custom PowerShell script for WinPE information extraction

I'm tasked with extracting information from a couple hundred computers at the start of each year. Instead of booting into BIOS for info, rebooting, logging into Windows, opening several apps, jotting down more information manually, I would like to automate this process as much as possible. I can create a bootable WinPE USB drive, but lack the knowledge to write the script that does the actual information extraction. I would like a PowerShell script that extracts from the Windows machine that's being booted: (Format of extracted values in parenthesis) 1) Date/Time (2019.01.07 12:34) 2) Computer name (Laptop1234) 3) Hardware Serial (1A2B3C4D5E) 4) Windows version (Windows 10 Pro) 5) User Accounts (administrator, user1234, user4321) 6) RAM size in GB (12) 7) HDD sizein GB (128) 8) HDD wear in % (8) 9) SSD drive? (yes/no) 10) LAN card MAC address (1a:2b:3c:4d:5e:6f) 11) BIOS version (1.2.34) 12) BATTERY original full charge capacity in mAh (4321) 13) BATTERY current full charge capacity in mAh (1234) 14) BATTERY wear in % (8) Finally, these data should be appended to a "[login to view URL]" file in the root of the USB drive.
