XML & API Integration for Online Kuwait Travel Website

We are an emerging Online Travel Company looking to develop an Internet Booking Engine using the API & XML provided by our supplier.  We are a Kuwait based travel agency company "[login to view URL]", so preference will be given to anyone & bidding within the budget.  Note: our website [login to view URL] is build in wordpress and we nee that API @ XML connection work with our website environmental. Your work will be as follows:  1. API & XML integration to create a search box & call data strings from the GDS Server & present it in a decent manner on the website when the search results are returned.  2. Customer selects a flight from his list of flights, then he enters his customer information, passport information, mobile, email, address & submits 3. Customer details verified using JavaScript of any other language you suggest & then redirected to a payment gateway, if payment is successful, customer is returned back to our website & a booking reference is generated using the GDS. Customer receives an email immediately within a minute or two on the booking details (selected information), Airline PNR, Eticket number, etc.  4. Customer can use the Airline PNR & retrieve booking from our system using PNR & last name or the airline website.  5. Customer details stored in a backoffice system (credit card details not required to be stored with us). 6. Similar concept for Hotel booking as well.  7. A backoffice system where staff can view customer bookings & verify information to provide customer service & should be able to amend booking (for hotels) and change dates (for airlines & hotels), request refund (if applicable). Another single admin panel to manage staff & their access permissions. Backoffice system is mandatory for Flights and Hotels modules.  8. Apart from Flights & Hotels, we require an additional CMS where we can manually create "Custom Trips" for flight + hotel packages & upload on the website.  9. Website should be PC & Mobile friendly. HTML5, Responsive Website, CSS, Javascript, Search Engine friendly. Clean user interface & extremely user friendly.  10. Ability to add SMS gateway would be an added advantage.  We are looking to develop an Online Travel Booking website. You may have a look at these websites to understand what we want.
