Collecting information from prospective renters - Will need to use a back-end/server side language and a database (MySQL is one option and it is free) to maintain the database. 3. Provide instant outcome - approved or rejected, based on the information that they provide. Good-to-have: 1. By maintaining the database, we can also provide data to prospective renters. For example, if the prospective renter is 70 years old, we can show percentage of people in that age range (say 67-72). This can be one of the factors to persuade them. 2.
