Hi we need long term website designer to do our day to day task. WE will need him on Skype so our project manager and assistant manager can reach him easily. There will be 8 hour work expected from him daily. WE will pay 300 USD a month. We prefer Indian freelancer for this post. Must be proficient in following skills - Strong UI Design Skills - Expert in Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver - Good skills on Responsive Website Design - PSD to HTML5 & CSS3 - UI designs for iPhone, iPad and Android - Conceptualizing ideas with user centered design principles - Sound knowledge of Bootstrap, Flash - Development experience with JavaScript, CSS/CSS3, HTML/XHTML/HTML5, XML - Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions - Ability to debug JavaScript errors and cross-browser inconsistencies - Knowledge of web standards, browser quirks, and interactive experience
