Update Website

Our organization is the Wakefield Elementary Home and School Association (WEHSA). It is a non-profit organization representing parent's are our local school. One of our modes of communication is through our web site. It provides very basic information that needs to be improved and more attractive to the reader. We are not particularly looking at putting more information, but making it more attractive. Another very important function of our website is to help us offer our Pizza fundraiser and membership, allowing parents to order and pay for pizza lunches and pay their membership fees online. It is a very convenient tool. However, the administrative part of the website does not generate spreadsheet which we can use to reconcile the pizza orders. Instead, we spend hours doing manual data entry and creating our own spreadsheets which can be used to place our orders, and to provide class lists of the pizza orders to our teachers. We REALLY need this to improve otherwise we won't be able to provide this service to our school as we don't have the volunteer hours to do it. We would greatly appreciate professional help in setting up a website which is attractive to our parent/school community as well as a useful tool for us to offer different opportunities. I am attaching a basic description, and will be happy to provide additional detail for undertaking the work. We are not experts in this work and are not in a position to know who we should hire. As such, we would like to seek the assistance of a recruiter to help us select someone who could help us. We have a limited budget, and therefore it would be helpful to get an estimate of the potential cost to ensure that we are able to do this work. Thank you very much and we look forward to seeing how might be able to move forward. We really need the site to generate workable spreadsheets for our online purchases (pizza and membership). A bonus would be if we could make the website design more attractive. The capacity for us to edit the website would also be great, but that is another detail. We would like to have the project completed for the new school year starting at the end of August.
