Shopify E-commerce Store Designer with Experience

"MUST EUROPEAN OR AMERICAN, THE OTHER DO NOT REPLY" We are looking for a new member of the team to design and build our client Shopify stores! Our agency brings in 3-6 clients per month, each requiring a new Shopify store to be built. We need the new team member to design and build each Shopify store to a VERY high standard. You will be given the brand name and logo and then need to go ahead and build out the store from there. We need someone with HEAVY experience in creating custom Shopify stores with custom graphics and experience in making any custom code changes that are required. We really want someone with a passion for design and eye for store aesthetics, and someone who can think for themselves in terms of the creativity and direction for the store without us having to guide them every step of the way!! Payment is to be decided, but will most likely be a fixed amount per store with 3-6 stores being made each month so continuous work required!
