HTML to Vue.js Workflow Build Out

We have an existing HTML page that needs to be built out into Vue.js. Currently the HTML is static and we need the following tasks to be completed: 1. Convert the HTML to Vue.js 2. Make the contents of the workflow builder dynamic, i.e. Be able to drag and drop a component from the right toolbar onto the work and have it dynamically expand the workflow per the design. 3. Be able to save the workflow such that in can be redrawn based on the saved workflow loaded in. This job will require someone with a high level of CSS, Vue.js, and javascript experience. Please don't apply unless you have existing work demonstrating this level of skill or are willing to do a portion of the project as proof of your skill level. We need top level talent for this. If you're accepted for this project and do well we have a lot of additional work to also do, but we need to find someone who has a high skill level to work with. Thank you for applying.
