I've designed the website, the design is in PDF.

You will have to recreate all this.

Node.js from my understanding is better. Please state which language you will build the website on.

Users will be able to post content to the website, save content. Search content. Pay for content and sell content. The design is a little like pinterest. When users uploaded pictures or videos, these must be reduced in file size to fit the format of the website.

There will also be a blog, so I will need functionality for that. Admin must be able to edit this content also.

The website must be fast, responsive design and scalable. So it should run on AWS.

The website will also need to be in multiple languages. Users will be able to pay to have their content translated.

I am looking for a long term developer to partner with.
