Build a Database

I need to have this Unique National KhoiSan Data Base created in stages that will eventually lead to a KhoiSan Family Tree. A) Whereby data collected from the subscriber, is made available to the subscriber. B). whereby certain data collected from the subscriber is made available to Registered Users and or Members. “this will be defined later” A Data Base that not only capture and store present information, but also past and present KhoiSan History as well. I will try my utmost best to set it out as best I can, with your help, guidance and advise, as we go along creating this Data Base. Also please fill in the blanks and all that I am not aware of according to your professional skills and service as a Developer. This will be stage one, the Registration of the National KhoiSan Data Base and Member Application Form. Stage two will be of the National KhoiSan Data Base Users. Stage three will be of the National Khoisan Data Base Family Tree. All three stages will eventually operate as one, but must be done in stages. But for now let us first get stage one up and running 100% before proceeding to the second stage.
