About Us: Aspect Housing Ltd is a company based in the heart of an ethnically diverse community in Birmingham. All multiply occupancies will be governed by local HMO regulations covering Health & Safety. Aspect Housing offers a comprehensive accommodation-based support service to refugees, homeless people and to individuals with substance misuse. We provide rooms in multiply occupancies with an allocated support worker to each property. Our aim is to offer the best possible levels of service with the aim of developing an individual's skills to successfully help integrate and live independently in the UK. A support worker will be allocated to each property, to identify support needs required of each individual tenant and to devise a support plan framework. This will entail a weekly key session, monthly and quarterly reviews. We also understand how difficult it can be to intergrade into a new cultural, society or area. We aim to make this transition as smooth as possible by signposting you to the local community groups that we liaise with in order to make our tenants feel settled and welcome.
