SNS like customized movie site development with credit card payment - repost 3

I am looking for a group of developers to make highly customized SNS based movie web site. - All the contents are shown in Japanese only. You may need to work with Japanese/English translator unless you can make web site in Japanese. - Graphic design of the web site - This is a membership based pay per view movie web site on SNS web site. SNS function is very similar to OpenPNE SNS. - To view movies, he or she has to pay unless free movie. - Free 1 minute movies will be hosted internally. Selected movies needs to be automatically uploaded to youtube. - Social group function (chat between members, live movie streaming, archieved movie play, premium fee contents movie) - "Recommend" function of good movie producer (People can write his or her comments. Also automatically produce "recommend" based on previous purchase history) - Must be designed with high volume of load. There will be at least 1,000 simultaneous access to the web site. - Apache web server will be used. - PC and smart phone movie play is required. - Have user login and access rights setting. - Movie upload function - Server is provided from us. Will be hosted in Japan. - Credit card settlement must be supported. Also automatic charging to credit card at designated period must be supported. - Flexible charging function to various types of contents (books, pdf, advertisement, movie play) - Members can book for online and offline events. Resource usage, such as maximum number of people who can join in the event, deadline for applying for the event, payment record, and refund with credit card or manual control by authorized person is required. - User credentials are recorded in mysql DB. The data needs to be encrypted. - Backup/restore of database. - Event log You are responsible for adding all the required functions to make the web site operational regarding the functions that I do not write.
