I need to hire a freelance wordpress graphic/website designer and coder to design and implement designs. Here is how a project usually goes when you work with me: 1. I will show you a website that I have hosted on a temporary server (my responsibility) 2. The website will have all of the content, plugins, pages, and posts set up, using a wootheme (my responsibility) 3. the website will be fully seo optimized (my responsibility) 4. You will create a custom design idea/ mock up design for the site home page, pages, posts, menus, logos etc, subject to my approval (your responsibility) 5. I will suggest changes, you will make them and resubmit to me for approval (my responsibility) 6. Once approved, you will code and program the site I provide you with to look exactly like your custom design (your responsibility) 7.
