Wordpress and CSS

I am looking for a developer with proven experience in creating WordPress sites and plugins and working with HTML 5 and CSS3 to industry standards.

The work is to work on small tasks to edit and customise existing template wp shower Synch template. I want to add in a few additonal functional to dispaly layout e.g. shirt by categories on the front end and make it responisve ( if possible)

To create and custimise 4 child themes by making simple changes to php files and css e.g. layout or colour

Perhaps to upload content take screen shots of videos and resize images.

The task will involve advising on how to incorporate an existing st of icons into the site and to add them to the child themes

Design skills and an awareness to minimalist and art approach to design rather rather than adopting a corporate style an advantage

The assistance will last until the sites are completed.

I am posting this small project as I am looking for developer who can demonstrate they have skills in these areas for future work as I have several sites to build and want to find a skilled and reliable worker.
