Redesign an existing online pet shop

I have an online pet shop that was made using Frontpage years ago. I will like to hire a freelance designer to redo the whole site using Dreamweaver. You can check out my site here: www.wisepet.com. Requirements: 1) new banner and new layout 2) new logo 3) new entry page to let people choose the language (English or Chinese) 4) social networking (facebook "like" button on index and product pages) 5) the webpages should look the same with different browsers (IE, firefox, chrome, safari) 6) the site has to be designed with Dreamweaver Currently, my site has 8 main pages, 30 categories and ~250 products. Not all products have a product page but I would like to have one for each product in the new site. I want to keep the navigation, the content and the shopping cart. So once you have designed the new banner and new templates, the others would be "cut & paste" work. (note: I will provide all content so there is no need for content writing) If you can do both the English and Chinese version, that is great and I will pay more for the project. Otherwise, just finish the English version. Please indicate whether you are bidding for both versions or just English version. Please only bid if you have experience in web design with dreamweaver and have time to finish the project. Priority will be given to those with good rating and high completion rate.
