Finish website clone project

I need my website completed. I recently had problems with a programmer who accepted a clone website project but he turned out to be a 13 year old genius but immature kid. He started the project but failed to complete it and wanted payment for something that was very unacceptable. He made alot of changes and then quit. The files he already loaded on my server but I'm unable to resolve the website. He still has the website loaded on his server and I'll send you the web address ASAP in PM if your interested in possible taking the project. That way you can see exactly what is left to be done. Here's what I need. 1. Remove the testimonials on the bottom left side of front page. 2. Give the banner a professional makeover. 3. Remove quoted text from testimonials page. 4. Eliminate the "VIEW LIVE PROJECT" and "TALK TO US" huge buttons on the middle far left on front page. 5. When quote or request for information form is submitted change routing to my web mailboxes. 6. Remove and add a few lines of text to the "Why you should trust us" page. 7. Remove old discussion forum subjects and make this work if possible. 8. Remove the square trade and USSEARCH loggo and links from 2 pages. 9. Configure and get to work on my server without problems. PM me and I'll send you the link to see where this kid still has it up on his server but remember he copied over these exact files to my server. I just can't get it to appear yet on my server. I have a virtual server (Apache, unix/freebsd) account that I remote to. BID ONLY IF YOU CAN START AND FINISH THIS VERY VERY SOON.
