Marketing/Sales team needed

I am a freelance web designer and developer looking to expand.

What i need is to build a sales and merketing team devoted to bringing in new clients.

Team members will be expected to find new clients and take down project specifications, then communicate the details to me. I will give a price quote which you will then report back to the prospective client.

If all goes smoothly and work begins on the project you will be paid a commision based on the quote.

I need people who are willing to do everything it takes to generate business, from browsing job listings to cold calling/emailing. Applicants must speak clear english. Some knowledge of web design is a plus.

Your bid is what you would expect as payment for a $500 project. It may sound a bit confusing so i will explain. You find a client, i quote the cost of the project as $500 and the client agrees. How much would you expect as a commision/finders fee. For example, if you would expect a 10% fee, your bid would be $50.

As more work starts coming in, salaried positions will open up to the top team members.
