lead generation for a fundraiser

Hello everyone. I'm very familiar with GetAFreeLancer (GAF) projects. My company has done numerous web and graphic design work through GAF with great success. I'm trying something new with this posting in hopes that another area of my company can be sourced through GAF. I love the work that you hard workers do. -Company Background- My company is working with community organizations in the USA to organize fundraising programs. The program basically involves selling a product to friends and family of the community group members. We market out this fundraiser program to a range of community groups. One group that we are specializing in at this time is the Boy Scouts of America. -What is the project- The project would consist of this: 1) i provide a vast directory of contacts for Boy Scout Troops in America 2) I provide the criteria of the Boy Scout Troops that we would like to work with (such as size, location, etc.) 3) I provide you with a demonstration of the fundraiser program so that you are very familiar with how the whole fundraiser works. Once you know how the program works you will be able to successfully communicate this to the potential interested people.I will also provide you with a marketing manual which will aide in 'how' to market this program 4) You go through the contact directory sending emails and phone calls generating leads. ***the main goal of your efforts will be to generate leads so that I can personally speak with the Troop fundraiser leader and get the troop started on the program. You basically need to generate a strong interest in the program so that once they see the presentation that i will do in person to them they will decide to start the project. I do not want you to simply market by saying "This is a new cool fundraiser. Email Jon <which is me> for more details"...You will actually need to generate leads, not simply tell them up front to contact me. As I said in the posting above, I am familiar with sourcing design work through GAF, however i have never worked with lead generation people or sales people through GAF. However, I'm confident that there is someone out there among you with this skill and drive to work on a project like this. This project will be an ongoing source of business for the right individual. When responding to this posting: -please communicate why you think you can handle this kind of project. -Please indicate past experience you've had in this area. -please communicate how you would actually do this project (would you cold call the contacts, email them, what tactics would you use to generate interest, etc.)? -please indicate your world location by timezone or country. We're open to having world workers on this project, but would need marketing to obviously take place during USA timezone hours. -Strong english skills are a MUST -what rates would you charge and how would it work (commission based per lead, hourly, charge for each contact, strong commission for each deal closed, etc.)? I'm open to your suggestions. I'm looking forward to hearing back from all of you and am very excited to start on another project with GAF workers.
