Course allocation system for college faculty using SQL with a simple front-end

The project needs to be a simple faculty timetable generator. Each faculty will provide the list of the preferred course, the slot of the course, the venue they prefer. A database needs to be generated for the same. Also, if there is clash ie. two or more faculty require the same slot and the same venue for the same course, then the faculty which is senior will be given preference or the faculty which has a higher designation will be given preference. Eg: A senior professor will be given preference over and associate professor. The clash can be handled in other ways too ie. it is open to modification. Also, a simple web- app needs to be generated for the faculty to enter the data ie. their preference. A time table should then be generated for each and every faculty that has entered the data after dealing with [login to view URL], a faculty enters it's faculty-id then the app should generate and show it's time table. Or all the faculties will enter their requirements at once, then the program will accordingly decide and allocate the time table to each and every faculty and generate adn display the time table.
