I have Vtiger 7.3 CRM on centos 8, we did install issabel Asterix into another centos machine.
since we already have all installations for both issabel Asterix and vtiger, and they are both in working conditions and vtiger already has the related module for its own installed for click to call and its working properly... and all the call records comes into vtiger already, just the completed recordings do not allow us to click and listen over on PBX menu in vtiger. It should be taken only 1 hour for a guy who has previous experience on the task to fix the issue...
(both voip calls and vtiger are in working condition, also call records are showing in the vtiger)
What I want:
-Completed conversation history in the PBX manager page should allow the salesperson to click and listen to the past call recordings.
what will be provided to you:
-both İssabel and vtiger root access with ssh and also vtiger side will have FTP user and also if needed remote desktop access.
-Admin management passwords for issabel Asterix and vtiger
-phpmyadmin password for vtiger
-mysql password for vtiger
-remote assessing will be allowed over on port forwarding settings for your public IP
-live support will be provided during the whole task
