Fix problem after upgraded Vtiger 6.4.0

Hello, i am a crm system expert with years of experience in implementing and customizing vtiger in all of it's versions. I have worked before on migrating vtiger in the most recent versions and in most of the cases, yours too, the problems stands in the PHP and MySQL version that can most certainly be resolved. Hope you have made a back-up of the DB and original files in order to restore them again and proceed with the migration again, or if not the files that are in the error_log must be fixed.
